Going South from Port Hedland WA

We left Kalari depot early on Saturday morning, planning to take 3 days to get down to Kalannie, where Chris has applied for work on the grain. Did a big days drive doing about 600 km, before pulling up for the night at Bilyuin Pool, near Peak Hill. Still very hot this evening, even though we are further down the coast .   Still had a bit of daylight left, so I was able to go for a walk and check the place out, and take some photos of the storm going around us, thankfully didn’t reach us. Yes I was rather glowing after my walk !

Had a relaxing and slow start the next day, so more photos before getting on the road again. Was rather amused at the photo of a lonely cow, it appeared to have 5 legs!! So I have left it in my collection. What do you think? ,ha ha

Time to get on the move. We are both happy to be on the road again, with our home away from home in tow.
